We recently got a call from an area homeowner who needed some major repairs to their roof. We pride ourselves on our customer focus, so we worked closely with the homeowner. This roof had some flat areas and some areas with a low slope, and we determined that it needed replacing down to the roof deck or support layer, including a roof edge.

The roofers at All Area Roofing & Construction recently completed a roof replacement project in Fort Pierce, Florida.

The homeowner had a roof that was over 20 years old. The shingles were warping and a couple were missing parts. She knew it was approaching time to have her roof replaced but she had not realized how necessary it was until she started noticing spots on ceilings of her storage room. Concerned about further structural damage, she decided to take action right away and find a roofing contractor to fix her roof as soon as possible.

She searched the Yellow Pages for a reputable roofing company and found us. She looked up our website to try to find reviews and was happy with what she saw so she gave us a call.

We told her we would first do a consultation so we both had a better idea of what the roofing project would look like. We know nobody likes surprises when it comes to roofing projects! All Area Roofing & Construction recently had the opportunity to complete a new metal roof installation for a nice young couple in Port Saint Lucie, FL.

New Metal Roof Installation in Port Saint Lucie, FL The homeowners were ready to have a new roof installed. Their existing roof was in need of replacement as it was nearing 20 years old. A friend of theirs had worked with us in the past and recommended they give us a call. They liked their existing asphalt shingle roof but were interested in learning more about metal roofs and asked us to come by for a consultation.

We came the following Thursday evening to look at their home and talk. They knew they had a high-performance expectation but were concerned about the noise. We told them that residential metal roofs do not make the sounds you hear in factories or large commercial buildings. They loved the styles we had to offer and decided to go ahead and have us install a new metal roof for them.

We scheduled to start the job the start of the following week. We removed the existing roof and cleaned it up by the end of the first day. The second day we installed a 26g Galvalume Striated Mill Finished Metal Roof in addition to 50’ of gutters and downspouts.

All Area Roofing & Construction completed a manufactured home roof replacement with a new metal roof near Sebastian, FL.

The homeowner realized that his roof was starting to show signs of wear. The shingles were curling and he saw some water spots on the ceiling in his manufactured home. Concerned about structural damage, he decided to take action and began the process of finding a reputable residential roofing contractor to help.

He searched Google from his phone and found us. Based on our website and our reviews he decided to reach out to us. He called to tell us about his home and that he wanted a new roof but wasn’t sure what exactly he wanted, asking us to stop by to talk to him. We arrived for the estimate the next afternoon and ran through all of the options available to him. He liked the idea of having a metal roof installed for its durability and longevity in addition to the fact that they are environmentally responsible and fully recyclable.

We scheduled to come out two weeks from the day of the installation because he was heading out of town the day after we met for about a week and a half and he wanted to be present while we worked on his roof.
