On October 1, 2024, All Area Roofing & Construction, Inc. celebrated a major milestone—20 years of outstanding service on Florida’s Treasure Coast. Congratulations to Jennifer Richards and the entire team for their dedication, expertise, and hard work in making this achievement possible!

A Legacy Built on Strong Foundations

All Area Roofing & Construction’s journey began in 1997 in Tampa, FL, under their parent company, All Area Roofing and Waterproofing. However, it was in 2004 that the team truly found its footing on the Treasure Coast. That year, Hurricanes Frances and Jeanne ravaged the area, leaving behind a trail of destruction and a desperate need for reliable, honest roofing services. Recognizing the community’s call for help, the company expanded its reach to Fort Pierce in 2005.

With only three employees, including their visionary owner Jennifer Richards, All Area Roofing & Construction set out to provide much-needed peace of mind to homeowners and businesses in the area. Their mission was simple but powerful: to make their communities stronger by offering trusted, licensed roofing services.

Growing Together: From Small Beginnings to Regional Impact

What started as a small team with a big heart has grown into a thriving company with more than 26 dedicated employees. Over the past two decades, All Area Roofing & Construction has steadily expanded its service area, now covering regions from Fort Pierce to the Space Coast in the north and Palm Beach County in the south. Their growth reflects not only the increasing demand for their high-quality roofing services but also their unwavering commitment to the community.

Jennifer Richards, the driving force behind this success, continues to lead her team with passion and dedication. “When we started out, our goal was to provide excellent service and peace of mind to the people of the Treasure Coast,” says Jennifer. “We’ve grown over the years, but that mission hasn’t changed. It’s incredibly rewarding to see how far we’ve come and the impact we’ve made.”
